Standard oil change, but unasked, they found the source of a rattle and let me know about it. They were too busy to fix it (understandable) but I'll have it fixed next time.

I trust Eric & his crew implicitly. They are up-front about their analyses, and if there is some questionable aspect about what they've found they make sure you're aware of it. I brought my car in for a battery test and they told me my options; I elected to buy a new battery despite its exorbitant price, which was not their fault.
