Two weeks ago, I initially stopped by Campus Garage. I was told they busy and it would be two weeks before they could look at my car. I set up an appointment for 15th of September. I dropped off my car at 7:30 as requested by the shop. At 12:30p, I called the shop and they haven’t put the car in. So, I put myself together and picked up my car at 1:30p. I hate to leave bad reviews to good companies like this, but this is how you grow into better companies. Please be more transparent about your operations, so people can decide accordingly.
We would like to apologize for the experience you had with us at Campus Garage. We do our best to give accurate wait times, but it is only an estimate. Sometimes a job takes longer than it should for all kinds of reasons. Our schedules are full and we do our best, we are sorry you had a bad experience. We hope that you give us another chance to make it right!
