They told me to tow my car to their shop, let it sit there for almost a week, and then refused to work on it. I ended up paying for towing for absolutely no reason and now have to pay again to move it elsewhere. As a student, this was a huge and unnecessary expense. Very poor communication and unprofessional handling of the situation. Would not recommend.

I replaced timing belt, oil pump and others at half the price of Honda shop. It was fantastic.

I highly recommend Campus Garage for high-quality service in Ames. I needed a comprehensive service on my 07 Tundra (4.7L) and they were incredibly accommodating throughout the process. While the local dealership had a 1+ month waiting list just for an inspection, Campus ordered the parts and scheduled me within 2 weeks. They provided various options for parts and have knowledgeable technicians with expertise regarding the reliability of Aisin and reputable OEM parts. They were happy to source an Aisin timing belt and water pump kit per my request, along with the cam and crank seals, fan clutch bracket, pulleys, tensioner, thermostat, and hoses while they were already accessible. Since those parts were 18-19 years old and are difficult to inspect without disassembling the front of the engine, replacing them now gives me great peace of mind. It saved me a massive amount of future labor costs compared to waiting for a component to fail, and they knocked the whole job out in one day. They are honest, highly efficient, and provided exactly the service I was looking for.
