My CRV has been giving me issues regarding the serpentine belt slipping off this year. We tried to replace multiple parts with no luck and called Campus Garage. During that call, they immediately showed experience with knowledge of what they believed was happening. When I took it in for my appointment, I couldn't be more impressed with the service I received. Not only were they incredibly respectful and welcoming, but they didn't treat me any less than they would a male, unlike other shops who tend to view all females as unknowledgeable in the mechanical field. I gave them all information about what my boyfriend and I had done so far, and they got to work. When talking to the gentleman who gave me a shuttle ride, I felt more trust that my car was in their hands. It is very apparent they know what they are doing and are not trying to rip customers off to get more money. They called me when they fixed the original problem and explained they wanted to continue to replace a few more parts that aided in the belt slipping off. Since this was not the original plan, they were willing to graciously discount the total price instead of charging me for the full labor fee and cost of parts. I felt as though they cared about providing quality of work over the quantity of their paycheck, which sets them far apart from other shops. We went to pick up my vehicle a few days later and instead of just handing me the bill and showing my boyfriend and I out the door, they brought us out to my car with tools, showed us exactly what they did, and explained their warranty that they will provide free repairs if the parts they installed failed. We could tell they did not rush through the repairs, were very precise, and utilized their years of experience to ensure my car was in the best condition possible, considering its age and mileage. In the future, I will definitely be going back and highly recommend Campus Garage!
