Staff are very welcoming and are great communicators. They made sure to have my car done in a timeframe that was best for my schedule and clarified service needs with me. Prices were reasonable and they even provide discounts for students and faculty!

I had my transmission valve body and front struts replaced on the same day without any issues. It was done within a day with no overnight needed and the price was certainly right. They also found where my backing lights had their wire broken and fixed that in addition to replacing a ball joint and both license plate lights. Service was great and they fixed all my concerns and then some! Highly recommend

They told me to tow my car to their shop, let it sit there for almost a week, and then refused to work on it. I ended up paying for towing for absolutely no reason and now have to pay again to move it elsewhere. As a student, this was a huge and unnecessary expense. Very poor communication and unprofessional handling of the situation. Would not recommend.

Unfortunately, the car was in bad shape with non-automotive parts and we did not feel comfortable performing the work after a 2-hour diagnostic assessment. We do apologize that we were unable to assist, but it was for the safety of our mechanics. Our goal is always to have satisfied customers, so our staff called to refund the tow to you. Please accept this as our sincere apologies we were unable to make the repairs to your vehicle.
