I have used them twice now and would highly recommend.

Went in for 4 wheel alignment due to cupped rear tires. Eric discovered a right rear wheel bearing that was going out (very dangerous). He performed the alignment, and indeed that was the reason for the cupped tires. He kept the car overnight (2015 Prius), and replaced the wheel bearing and hub the next morning. The expert diagnosis and prompt repair may have prevented a serious accident. The interactions were friendly, professional and timely. I would recommend this shop without reservation. First rate service.
