I'll just start by saying my issue with this business was resolved, but I'm still going to write this as a warning to anyone. I may have just been an exception to this, but the fact that my original review suddenly disappeared along with the fact that there are almost no negative reviews (very uncommon) leads me to believe they may be finding a way to delete them. I'm not accusing this business of that but that might be happening Anyway, i went in for an oil change, the filter was replaced, the oil after it looked just as dirty as before. I called, they said they'd redo it free of charge, brought it in again, it still looked just as dirty as before, so I just did the oil change myself in the schools parking lot. After i did it myself i wrote the review expecting not to get my money back, then when it was deleted i sent a complaint to the better business bureau which reached out on my behalf and asked for a refund, which the business gave along with an extra $20 for the trouble. I don't know what happened, the oil that came out of the engine when i did the oil change looked charred and like it hadn't been touched in 6000-7000 miles (yet it had been changed 1000 miles ago by this business). Maybe the business just used an oil that appeared darker than normal, but my engine wasn't running very well on it so I'm not sure. I heard grinding on ignition that my engine typically makes when it has old oil in it. Other cars might not have any signs, mine does. It may have not been the businesses fault, I'm not sure what happened like i said, and the business ended up refunding the oil change. I'm posting this review just as a warning to check or have someone who knows what they're looking at to check after any service this business performs unless they gain your trust. If the business removes the review again well then there's some other problem.
