Very punctual. I was impressed at how fast my car was repaired. Very easy to work with.

Even though it was a big bill, it was 2/3 of what I was quoted elsewhere. They told me how much it would be, and when it would be done and they were perfect on both.

From the first phone call, I could tell Charlie knew what he was talking about and was looking to not have me spend unnecessary funds. A transmission replacement elsewhere turned into just needing transmission fluid (a LOT of it) at Campus Garage. The other place hadn't even checked that! He was busy (another good sign) and the car was going to have to sit for about 10 days.... He called me the next day and said it was fixed! Charlie made me a customer for life with this first experience.
