I recently had the pleasure of working with campus garage to get my transmission valve body repaired, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the services. from the start, they were upfront about the timeline Of the work and when I was possibly going to receive my vehicle and the estimate price and they kept their word. Living Out of town, I wasn’t able to stop by for in person updates but every time I call the Campus garage they were incredibly responsive. They kept me in the loop with my vehicle. Now, my car is perfectly fine and back on the road! Thank you!

Campus Garage is hands down the best shop that I’ve ever been to. The level of professionalism and customer service was absolutely above and beyond for my most recent visit. I typically work on my own vehicles, but from time to time I get in a little over my head because I don’t have access to specialty tools. This week I got into a tough spot while replacing the hub assembly on my car and had a seized wheel bearing. I called up the shop and asked if they could press it out and they said to go ahead and bring the part in. I wasn’t expecting them to do it immediately, but one shop member just took the knuckle and knocked out the seized bearing out in less than 2 minutes. They were incredibly friendly about the whole process and understood the frustration I was dealing with. The best part is that I didn’t tell them I was dealing with a time restraint - I had to make it into work later and because of Campus Garage I was able to replace the part and quickly put my car back together and make it to work on time. After this experience, I will be taking my vehicles to Campus Garage for anything that’s above my level of experience. This shop has employees with honesty and integrity for what they do. I have a custom Audi that I usually work on myself. In the past, every shop that’s serviced it has caused damage and overcharged for everything. But when I had a serious oil leak 40 minutes from where I usually work on my car, I couldn’t drive it all that way without losing all of my oil. So I dropped it off at campus garage, and within minutes I got a call back describing the issue (turns out it was caused by another shop!). I got my car back the next week (which is reasonable given the short notice I gave), and the hardware installed was of higher quality materials to prevent the issue from happening again. Friendly staff, and my car was treated with care. I’ll definitely use campus garage next time I have an urgent issue that I can’t drive far away to fix myself.
