I reported an AC issue, and the unit was thoroughly inspected and recharged with refrigerant. Unfortunately, it only functioned for one day before failing again. Campus garage promptly issued a full refund, demonstrating honesty and professionalism. BTW, they further helped replace the remote controller's battery.
