Eric was excellent to work with. Very knowledgeable and great communication. Took my car to a different place twice and it still wasn’t fixed. This shop had it done right in 2 days. I would strongly recommend!

I reserved a time to get my headlamp replaced and to have my tires rotated. The headlamp replacement required the bumper to be taken off but I had heard good things about this garage so I trusted them to do the job. I took my car in this morning and got a call in the afternoon only to be told that due to some of their technicians either not coming in at all or leaving early they wouldn’t be able to work on my car. Given that it was Friday I needed my car for the weekend. Issues like that can happen but there was no effort to remedy the situation. I’d expect minimally a “bring it in first thing on Monday and we will get it fixed”. Instead there was no effort whatsoever and zero concern that no work was done or that I was disappointed. When I did ask about when could I bring it back the question seemed to throw him off and he suggested the week after next. I’m sure they have earned all their 5 star ratings of the past. Today they earned this 1 star.

I have been here twice. They have been very trustworthy with their work. The price has been accurate with other shops.

My go to car place. Always friendly and very knowledgeable! Only place I feel comfortable taking my car in and know they will take care of my car without overpaying or being subjected to unnecessary repairs.
