Eric has been our main mechanic for many years. We now get to enjoy quality work from Charlie as well. Campus Garage has always been straight with us and we respect their skills and honesty.

I had a great experience with Campus Garage. My ailing car started during a brief winter warm-up and I drove it into their north parking lot on a Sunday night, with no appointment. They worked on it Monday. It is back on the road and doing well with new parts shipped in from Chicago. It is a pleasure and a convenience to visit with Eric and Charlie, or even just to drive by and have no need to stop.

They were very efficient on fixing my truck and was a fair price!

I wrote a review before about My 2008 mini. Since then Campus Garage made sure they fixed everything I thought was wrong. After my original comment I fixed a lot of things on my mini cooper at this place. I do not have any complaints about service. They do listen to feedback and try to improve.

Definitely the best repair shop in Ames, especially for German cars. I trust them and will bring my car next time if possible.

They are very honest and considerate to the customers. I brought my 2012 Sonata to them because of a wobbling steering wheel. In a few hours, they diagnosed the problem as being due to a small defective part that should be covered by the Hyundai 10-year extended warranty. I had no idea about the warranty coverage, and they could have just replaced it to make profit. Instead, they suggested me to go to the Huyndai dealership and have it fixed for free. In addition, they printed me a stack of paper illustrating where the problem is and how it should be covered by warranty: everything they did for no charge. Their honesty really speaks for their trustworthiness. I will definitely bring my cars to them in the future. Highly recommended.
