I wrote a review before about My 2008 mini. Since then Campus Garage made sure they fixed everything I thought was wrong. After my original comment I fixed a lot of things on my mini cooper at this place. I do not have any complaints about service. They do listen to feedback and try to improve.
Had Campus Garage take care of a leaky transmission and a broken emergency brake on an old Mercedes ML320. They did a fantastic job at a good price. I have been using Campus Garage for over ten years now and they always do good work at a fraction of the price the dealers charge.
Friendly service and my car was ready when they promised!
Finally resolved a nagging problem that was very frustrating to diagnose since it was intermittent Good job of dealing with an unusual situation.
Great service. Great customer service
They worked with a very tight time constraint I had and also were very transparent in what they were doing and charging...I will only go to them from now on.
My favorite auto repair shop ever. Responsive, friendly, generally quick. Willing to help out with quick, last minute problems.
problems resolved very professionally : I brought my car there. They informed me about a leak at the valve cover gasket. They replaced it. After that I started seeing oil spills on the ground where my car was parked. I brought it there and they told me it leaked from somewhere else and offered to fix it. I brought it to another place. They confirmed it came from the valve cover gasket and replaced it. I confronted Campus garage with it: They provided a credible explanation what happened and immediately refunded the costs for the valve cover gasket.
Outstanding
Campus Garage has always been helpful in diagnosing problems with my BMW and then fixing it at far less than the dealer would charge for both parts and labor. When possible, they will give you a menu of options; especially helpful for those on a budget. They have taken care of a few tiny things "no charge" since I am a regular customer. I would recommend to anyone.
