Very friendly staff that worked me in when they were busy and I needed to get fixed to be able to get home. Super fast on the repair and an overall great place!

Fast service; got rid of my tire pressure monitoring system light and repaired a tire along the way. Did it inexpensively. Friendly.

I came in with a vague issue with a lot of potential causes. They looked around, lubed the suspension, and gave me a small laundry list of issues that could be addressed. But instead of pushing costly repairs on me, they prioritized the list according to urgency and said they'd be ready to do the work whenever I was ready to schedule it. I addressed a couple issues myself, and came back for another issue. I expected the job to last a day, but they called at lunch to let me know it was ready. This is actually a big deal. Other garages in Ames haven't called when they say they would, kept my car overnight without following up, and got testy when I checked in. Also, the vague issue seems to be fixed at a cost that's thousands less than what I'd planned. Without question, my next repair will be done at Campus Garage.
